Following many years of research into my own family history and the history of the Rue surname in

general, this site is designed to bring you information on some of my own ancestors and highlight

some the really important people who have gone by the name of Mr, Mrs or Miss Rue.

This site will not contain information on any Rue who is still alive, for security reasons.

The pages are split into date of birth, so if you are looking for someone in particular and you know

when abouts they were born you should find them.  An index will hopefully follow shortly.
